Oahu... What the heck was an Oahu? The boy stared at his ship's monitor as the island came up on it the screen. Oahu... Island? Yeah, that said island. Maybe he should have taking a longer lesson of how to read English... Was there a setting to change it to Aalledian... It was worth a shot, but he seriously didn't know how to do that. As soon as he entered the Earth's atmosphere, everything changed from his language into the most common language on Earth.
The blond sighed, putting the ship into autopilot so it could find its own place to park. In the mean time, he hopped up from his seat, bare feet padding against the cool Aalledian metal that made up most of the inside of the ship. He didn't feel like wearing his boots while inside. Why bother? It wasn't like the floor was dirty or anything. There was a cleaning bot for that, and it does a pretty good job at what it does.
Sebastian halted his steps at the door, staring for a moment at his boots sitting idly by it. He really didn't want to put them on while he was swimming to this 'Oahu'. And, he really didn't want to wear them in general. With a shrug, he ditched the shoes and walked out the door that led up to the deck. The ocean water was welcomed against his skin, and his fingers and toes flexed as the familiar webbing formed. He took in a deep breath, his gills flaring as he did so. Earth's ocean water may not be nearly as clear as Aalleda's was, but it would have to do.
Sending Slither's a quick message to come if he called for him, the young boy took off into the ocean. He watched as the many different ocean life passed by him, slightly fascinated by how different they were from his home planet's before focusing back on his swimming. Within minutes, he had reached the island of Oahu. His head peeked above the water, blue eyes watching the beach with mild interest. There were people lounging about, some swimming. Wait... Why didn't those in the water have webbing? His eyes narrowed for a moment before his uncle's words echoed in his head. Humans are different. Did that mean they couldn't survive in the ocean? Huh...
Sebastian ducked his head under water again, swimming around the island until he found a spot that was void of people. He slowly stepped out of the water and on to the sand. The feeling was foreign to him, and his childish curiosity forced him to hop around in the sand until he got bored of it. He shook himself like a dog normally would, spraying drops of water everywhere. It wasn't enough to dry his clothes, but he didn't care. The sun would try that soon enough. The blond stared at the ocean for a few moments before turning to walk up to the main portion of the island, muttering to himself. "What the heck are all these green things?"
