Faction Type: Neutral Name: None given as being associated with a named organization would make it that much easier to be targeted - they simply work for the Broker. Leader: Kurogane ShizubayaPurpose: 1.) Self sustenance - to survive as an organization. 2.) The acquisition and trading of information for political power, influence and material wealth. 3.) Elimination of business competition - while the organization does strive to maintain political and economic balance in its dealings, other private military powers and information dealers may upset that balance. 4.) Regulation of the information trade and underground/black markets. Rank System: No rank system outside of the conventional paramilitary force - every agent is simply seen as such, and are typically divided into cells with one agent designated as the Broker's contact. Headquarters: No central location - cells pick their own headquarters, but only use them during times of emergency.
